The leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Holiday hours may vary, and residents are notified of any schedule changes or office closures.

The community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment and townhome floor plans. One-bedroom homes range from 708 to 725 square feet, two-bedroom homes range from 1,046 to 1,098 square feet, and three-bedroom homes range from 1,386 to 1,400 square feet.

A $350 nonrefundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent apply. Pet screening is required, and breed or other restrictions are reviewed in accordance with the community pet policy.

The community uses Gatewise mobile credentials for gated access, and guest entry is managed through the gate access system. Unassigned resident and guest parking is available at no additional cost, and reserved parking spaces may be leased for $30 per month, subject to availability.

Garages and covered parking are not currently available.

Routine service requests may be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office. Qualifying maintenance emergencies are handled through the after-hours emergency maintenance service.

Packages are delivered by the carrier according to the delivery method available for each resident and apartment home.

Upper-floor apartment homes are accessed by stairs. Elevators are not currently available.

The community was renovated in 2022.

Prien Lake Reserve is a non-smoking community.

While the community does not include on-site retail space, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment venues, and other everyday services are available throughout the Lake Charles area.

Located on Ernest Street, the community offers access to major Lake Charles roadways, employment areas, shopping, dining, entertainment, and other local destinations.

The community supports a convenient, low-maintenance living experience with in-home washers and dryers, gated access, fitness and recreation amenities, two swimming pools, grilling areas, and a pet park.

The process begins with an application and required screening. Once approved, future residents complete lease documents, establish required utilities, provide proof of renters insurance, and receive keys and community access information at their scheduled move-in appointment.

The community is near shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, casinos, entertainment destinations, and a variety of everyday services throughout the Lake Charles area.

Yes. Apartment homes include central air conditioning.

Apartment homes include a black refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.

Each apartment includes a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

Apartment homes feature vinyl plank flooring and carpet.

Yes. Apartment homes include a patio or balcony.

Apartment homes do not currently include keyless entry or smart-home features.

Community amenities include two swimming pools, a fitness center, grilling areas, a clubhouse, a pet park with an obstacle course, and gated access.

In-person tours are available, and can be booked through our tour scheduler on our website, or by calling our leasing office.

Applications may be completed through the online application process, and assistance is available from the leasing office if needed.

Rent may be paid through the online resident portal using ACH or a credit card, or by cashier's check or e-money order.

Rent is due on the first day of each month. The grace period extends through the fifth day of the month, and late fees begin on the sixth.

No. Subletting is not permitted.

No. Guest suites and short-term accommodations are not available.

Tours may be scheduled online or you can contact our leasing office to schedule one. Walk-in tours are welcome, however we do not gurantee immediate availability.
